Cake Pop, Mini-cake, Cookie, Cupcake Decorating Parties!
Philosophy
We believe that mastery of baking, cake decorating, and sugar art is 80% an "I can do it" attitude and 20% practice and determination.
NYC Confectionery Arts kids parties and classes encourage the "Picasso" within each child in a fun, warm, and supportive environment. Confectionary Arts boosts a kid's self-esteem, brushes up on math, sciences, and the arts, while they have a fun-tas-tic time learning skills they will use for a lifetime. Let the Party begin!
Classes for those with special needs: We worked with All Hands in Motion, conducting customized cake decorating classes for the hard of hearing and the deaf. We also worked with New York Foundling and Child Protective Services providing positive and fun "Parent and Child" cookie decorating experiences for kids in foster care. With Parental interaction, we are able to work with mildly autistic children. Kids felt special and brought back tasty cookies and happy memories to share.
Adult cake, cake pop, cookie, cupcake decorating and baking classes allows adults and older teens from beginner to advanced to learn new and fun techniques. All classes and parties can be customized to meet individual needs.
We come to your home, venue, or you can have your class at our established locations on the lower Eastside of Manhattan and at Bubbles Playhouse in Staten Island. * Please note that our products may have come in contact with nuts and/or nut processing facilities. Follow our Blog, Kids are Crafty.
